Cornerstone Fund Raiser

The Freedom Fund is the cornerstone fundraiser of our Branch. Every dollar raised directly supports our mission to advocate for civil rights, promote equity, and empower Staten Island's Black community and all communities of color. The funds raised that evening sustain programs, scholarships, advocacy efforts, and the everyday work of justice.

The William A. Morris Humanitarian Award honors individuals whose commitment to service reflects the spirit of compassion, leadership, and community responsibility. Named in recognition of William A. Morris and his historic connection to the Staten Island NAACP, the award celebrates those who dedicate themselves to improving the lives of others and strengthening the community.

COMMUNITY SERVICE IMPACT AWARD

Community Health Center of Richmond

The Community Service Impact Award recognizes an organization whose work has made a meaningful difference in the lives of Staten Island residents. The Community Health Center of Richmond is being recognized for its commitment to providing accessible health services and supporting the well-being of the communities it serves.
